Just a quick note to let you all know that work parties will be drawing to a close soon. If there are still senior members who have not yet completed their 2x 4hour sessions for their overstamp time is now running out.

A Bit About Us...
The club was formed in 1949 by the late Jimmy Critchley and Arthur Dickinson. It was to be known as the ICI Weston Club Angling Section, and was a part of the ICI Recreation Club, and remained in this state for some 45 years. When the recreation club was sold to a private group in 1994, the fishing section decided also to go private. The name was changed to Weston Angling Club Runcorn, and the club set about raising funds so that Sandymoor Pool at least, could be bought outright. The club is now thriving, with around 500 members, and currently has access to two different waters.
